2.2 An order is formally confirmed only when we send a digital order confirmation to your provided email address, which includes details such as order number, product description, quantity, total price, and estimated delivery timeframe.
2.3 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information (name, delivery address, contact phone number, email) during order placement. We shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provide.
3.1 Payment Obligation: You agree to pay the full order amount (including product price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes) in cash to the authorized courier at the time of delivery. No other payment methods are accepted.
3.2 Payment Verification: The courier will provide a printed or digital receipt upon receiving payment. You must verify the receipt details (order number, amount) before signing for delivery.
3.3 Failed Payment: If you fail to provide cash at the time of delivery, the courier will not release the goods. We may reschedule delivery once (at no extra cost) if you contact our support team within 24 hours; repeated failure to pay will result in order cancellation.
3.4 Price Confirmation: The price payable at delivery is fixed as stated in your order confirmation. No additional fees will be charged unless you request modifications to the order after confirmation.
